Resveratrol

Like i have said i'm new to this - so bare with me!!!

Resveratrol is getting incredible press and feedback lately, Our local News 40 did a big spotlight on it, as well as Oprah, and the best one was the news show 60 Minutes.

Simply it's a chemical found in the skin of wine grapes. Now the problem is you would need to drink close to 1000 bottles of red wine to get the same effects. They're calling this the new FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH. Now normally i do not buy into this crap - like the Goji Berry or the Acai juice. but one of my reps swears by it, and he has yet to steer me wrong. So i gave it a shot. Now i notice more energy, focus, and i seem to be healing after some good workouts a little better. Mind over matter? Who knows - for the $30 I'm taking it..

They have done studies on rats, and on monkeys long term and have seen significant differences in health, energy, and the ability to fight off heart disease. As the Dr in the video says, their is no way to stop the age train, but if you can slow it down a little why not?

My father, who never takes anything, was even interested. We got him on some earlier in the week, I'll let you know what he notices, and I've sold about 3 cases in a week. Waiting to hear feedback still. The one i carry is a 250mg one.

I'm new to this whole blogging thing, so let me start out I guess with a description of me, my business, and my goals.

I'm 31 Years old, Male - from Western Massachusetts who 11 years ago decided that i wanted to see if i could make it running my own business. Was a hobby of working out and nutrition turned into a now prosperous 2 store career with more coming. I am a AFA Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.

My business focuses mainly on sports nutrition IE. Weight loss and Muscle Gains, but i also have a good knowledge of general health items such as multivitamins, joint products, general nutrition.

I wish to grow by informing customers, being an integral part of the nutrition industry, and be there for my customers when they need some rock solid advice and direction. I have MANY athletes from competitive male and female bodybuilders, fitness athletes, cyclists, marathoners, Football, Baseball, Hockey pro and semi-pro athletes.

I enjoy what i do, and take pride in the results people get from listening to my advice. Some people call me their doctor with how long they have been coming here, and the results they have seen.

This blog will be where i talk about new products, items, information, answer questions and pretty much just talk about sports nutrition and general health.
